The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take the lead on significant vertical construction projects and play a key role in delivering outstanding results from the ground up.
You will bring proven site management experience gained with a main contractor on major commercial or vertical construction projects, along with the confidence to lead teams, solve problems and keep complex projects moving safely and successfully.
Working closely with the wider project team, you will take ownership of the construction phase from commencement through to completion. You will lead the day-to-day operation of the site, driving programme, quality, cost and safety outcomes while creating a positive, high-performing site culture.
As a visible leader on site, you will bring together your site team, subcontractors and project partners, setting clear expectations and creating an environment where collaboration, accountability and pride in the finished product are part of how the team works every day.
You will be someone who enjoys leading from the front. You are comfortable making decisions, building strong relationships and motivating others to perform at their best. Just as importantly, you will be committed to developing the people around you and fostering a team-oriented environment where everyone is working towards the same goal.
With a strong focus on safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes, you will take genuine ownership of your projects and ensure our clients receive the high-quality, cost-effective service they expect.
If you are an experienced construction leader who thrives on the challenge of delivering complex vertical projects and takes pride in building successful teams as well as successful projects, we would love to hear from you.
