The opportunity
We're looking for an ICT Solutions Architect (Intermediate) with strong data and BI capability. This role sits at the heart of our digital team, working closely with Finance, Construction and wider business teams to design and deliver smart, practical technology solutions.
Your work will span automation, system integration, cloud and on-prem services, reporting and data architecture. You'll collaborate daily with two Solution Architects, BIM Technicians and key stakeholders across the business. No two days look the same.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independence, problem solving and being part of a small, friendly team that enjoys a laugh while getting great work done.
You'll do the following:
- Design and implement scalable technology solutions
- Improve and automate business processes
- Build dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Support finance with data analysis and insight
- Help set data architecture standards across the business
- Integrate new systems and ensure they work seamlessly
- Support change management, documentation and roll-outs
- Act as an escalation point for technical issues
- Work closely with BIM Technicians and digital teams
- Coordinate with third-party vendors when required
- Support ongoing improvement of our data warehouse, and document key changes or incident learnings to support continuous improvement
We're looking for the following:
- Three-five years in a data or technology-focused role
- Strong experience with Microsoft environments (Power BI, Azure)
- Understanding of financial data is a bonus
- Coding/development exposure is helpful
- Confident communicator across technical and non-technical teams
- Self-driven, organised and comfortable working independently
- Collaborative, curious and solutions-focused
- Construction or digital construction experience is an advantage
