The opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated, trade-qualified Foreperson to lead delivery on a diverse range of commercial construction projects ranging in value from $10k-$5m.
While commercial building experience is ideal, we also welcome applicants with strong civil or bridge building backgrounds who are keen to grow their career in a Tier 1 vertical construction environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll plan ahead, coordinate resources, and ensure quality and safety standards are met - while supporting your team on-site.
Digital construction experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided on our systems and platforms.
You'll bring the following:
- Trade qualification (carpentry background preferred)
- Experience delivering projects for a main contractor OR civil/bridge structures
- Proven ability to lead crews and subcontractors
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving ability with a focus on safety
- Commitment to health and safety at all times
- A flexible mindset and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
