The opportunity
We are looking for a Bid Writer to join our Canterbury team. This is your chance to bring creativity and precision together, producing high-quality bid documentation and submissions that stand out.
You will play a key role in managing the written and editorial aspects of tender documentation, ensuring every proposal is polished, professional, and compelling. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys collaboration, and takes pride in delivering exceptional work.
You'll bring the following:
- Proven experience in a similar role, managing tender documentation and editorial processes
- Advanced computer skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, PowerPoint) and confidence using Adobe and InDesign
- Ability to learn new software packages quickly
- A passion for delivering innovative solutions and building strong stakeholder relationships
- A team-focused mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver outstanding results
