The opportunity
We have a great opportunity for a skilled Administrator, with a genuine interest in construction, to support our corporate team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. We are looking for a motivated person eager to learn and work in a diverse role that supports our Health and Safety, Sustainability and Operations functions.
Our ideal candidate will be a confident administrator, who enjoys working independently and shows initiative. While familiarity with construction would be a plus, on the job training will be provided. Fundamental to the role will be your ability to work with all stakeholders, understand our business, and provide a practical and solutions-focused approach to our drive for constant improvement in everything we do.
Reporting to our Benchmarking and HSE Coordinator, you will assist with both project and resource needs. This will require a highly organised person with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, the drive to make the role your own, and an eye for detail. Flexibility with hours is possible for the right candidate.
