The opportunity

Due to a strong pipeline of work in the Central Otago region, we are looking to grow our team and bring on an ambitious foreperson.

To be considered for this opportunity, we are seeking the following:

• Motivated, trade-qualified Foreperson with proven site experience (Commercial or High-End Residential)
• Experience supervising trade teams and delivering commercial projects for a main contractor
• Ability to manage projects of varying complexity and size
• Entry-level digital tech experience aligned with construction is a plus; training provided on Naylor Love's digital systems
• Supervise and coordinate site personnel and sub-contractors
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Supportive leadership style with personal drive and ownership of results
• Competent carpenter with problem-solving skills, committed to health and safety and company processes
