The opportunity
With major projects underway, we are looking for an experienced carpenter to join our Central Otago team.
This is a permanent, full-time position guaranteeing you 40 hours per week.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you will:
- be trade qualified and have appropriate experience, technically sound building and carpentry skills, knowledge of building methods and materials
- be skilled at interpreting drawings and plans
- be disciplined and self-motivated with a positive approach to work
- be customer focused and committed to providing a high quality of service
- have good organisational skills with the ability to plan own workload and work under own initiative
- have effective interpersonal skills and contribute positively to the team environment and working relationships
- have effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
