The Opportunities

We’re Naylor Love, 114 years in the making, with a diverse team of over 900 across New Zealand. We’re seeking three visionary leaders to join our Executive Leadership Team.

The first, a General Manager of Operations will share our vision for a Sustainable Future, and desire to leave the planet a better place. You will be instrumental in driving the strategic direction and enhancing the performance of our national operational functions.

Then, we are looking to appoint two General Managers to oversee the North and South operations across New Zealand, supporting our clients, teams, and leading growth and commercial excellence. These positions are a cornerstone of our strategy, and further bolster the success of our business by providing unwavering support and guidance to our regional teams.
