The opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and trade-qualified Foreperson to help lead delivery on a diverse range of commercial construction projects. While commercial building experience is ideal, we also welcome applicants with strong civil or bridge building experience who are looking to grow their career in a Tier 1 vertical construction environment.
You will bring proven site-based experience and will have supervised trades teams and subcontractors before. The ability to work across projects of varying size and complexity, including design and build environments, is key.
This role is hands-on. You will support your team, while planning ahead, coordinating resources, and ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met.
Digital construction experience would be an advantage, however full training will be provided on our project systems and platforms.
We're looking for someone who:
is a qualified tradesperson (carpentry background ideal)
has delivered projects for a main contractor OR on civil/bridge structures and can adapt to building environments
brings confidence in leading crews and subcontractors
works collaboratively and communicates well on-site
can identify and solve problems efficiently and safely
champions health and safety at all times
has a flexible mindset and willingness to take on new challenges and continuously develop.
