About us
Join Naylor Love - one of New Zealand's largest and most respected construction companies, renowned for our relationship-driven approach and commitment to our people and values.
The opportunity
Are you an experienced Project Administrator ready to make your mark in the construction industry? We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, outstanding organisational skills, and a passion for teamwork. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love supporting Project and Site Managers with day-to-day operations, this is your chance to shine.
Bring your initiative, collaborative spirit, and professional presence to a role where you'll be a valued member of our team. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks, communicate clearly, and manage your time effectively will set you up for success.
This is a dynamic, varied position where you'll take ownership of project administration, ensuring documentation is always accurate and up to date. You'll oversee our project documentation system, maintain plans, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
We're after someone who's confident with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel), and experience with document control is a real plus. Building strong relationships comes naturally to you, and you're comfortable working independently when needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a positive, can-do attitude, are a must.
We're looking for someone who brings the following:
- A full Drivers Licence (essential)
- Superb organisation and efficiency
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced setting
- The ability to stay calm and deliver high-quality work under pressure
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Contract administration experience (advantageous)
- Some construction knowledge (a bonus)
- The knack for staying one step ahead

- Annual skin checks, flu vaccinations, and health checks
- Children's scholarships to support your tamariki in construction-related study
