We're looking for someone early in their career, perhaps a recent graduate or someone with a few years’ experience, who's ready to make their mark in construction. You don't need to know everything yet - what matters most is your writing ability, your curiosity, and your drive to learn.

What you'll do:

• Work as part of our friendly and energetic Wellington team (average age early 20s)
• Help craft compelling bids and submissions for projects ranging from $10m to much larger
• Use your writing skills to tell the story of why Naylor Love is the right choice for our clients
• Explore new tools and approaches (including AI) to keep us sharp and innovative
• Collaborate closely with our experienced preconstruction and project teams

What we're looking for:

• Strong written communication skills - you enjoy writing and know how to make it clear and engaging
• A quick learner who picks things up fast and enjoys problem-solving
• Someone curious, adaptable, and open to shaping the role as they grow
• Previous experience or internships (construction, communications, or related fields) are great, but not essential
