The opportunity

Naylor Love is seeking a dynamic Design and Construct Manager to lead our national Design and Construct (D&C) portfolio and drive excellence across our pre-construction operations. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role where your ideas, energy, and expertise will make a real impact.
The successful candidate will have fifteen years' experience and be of high calibre. It would be expected that you hold the relevant tertiary qualification, such as a BEng, BAch or similar.
The key attributes of the successful applicant would include the following:
- Broad experience in commercial construction, design, project management and construction
- Strong commercial sense and expertise, savvy
- A Proven successful delivery track record in the D&C market
- A clear communicator with strong leadership skills
- Contractually astute, experience in risk management
This role will be the heart of our pre-construction strategy, guiding a talented team of design managers, cost planners, and technical specialists. You will work closely with regional teams, clients, consultants, and industry partners to deliver smart, sustainable, and high-performing projects. From feasibility planning to final delivery, you'll be the driving force behind our design and construct success.
