The opportunity
We are seeking applications from experienced Project Administrators preferably with construction experience to join our collaborative team in Auckland. This is a fixed-term, full-time role until April 2026, working on site on one of our key projects.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and communication skills
- Team player supporting Project and Site Managers with daily tasks
- Professional and personable approach with effective time management skills
- Manage and maintain project documentation systems and plans flawlessly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Document control and management system experience essential
- Procore experience advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Full driver's licence (essential)
