The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Nelson team. You will build on our successes and continue to lead and deliver our projects by providing effective and accurate financial quantity surveying services in all technical and contractual aspects of the role.
You will have a solid track record working for a main commercial contractor with the ability to manage projects of varying complexity and size.
The role includes but is not limited to project financial management and administration of building contracts, tendering, final account negotiations, letting and administration of sub-contractors.
You must be a team player, who takes personal ownership and responsibility for your results ensuring the best results are achieved.
