The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our expanding Projects and Interiors Team in Auckland.
Reporting to the Projects and Interiors Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a strong team culture and excellence in delivery of construction management processes and project outcomes. This role will contribute as part of the Senior Leadership team, and effectively lead the day-to-day performance of the operational team across the region. You will utilise your strong leadership skills to lead a team of approximately 25 operational staff, ensuring continuous improvement through innovation and best practice. This is an essential role in maintaining morale and team performance while ensuring key client relationships are enhanced.
To be considered for this role you will need to display drive, passion, enthusiasm and have a track record of managing successful project teams and working collaboratively with all stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for an exceptional individual who is at the top of their profession and can take on a leadership role in the company.
We are searching for a Construction Manager who can manage multiple projects ranging from $100,000 to $20m with a combined workload of circa $60 million annually. These projects consist of high-end fit-outs, new builds, seismic upgrades and major refurbishments.
