The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator with great organisational skills to join our Dunedin team. This is a critical role in our office supporting the Office Manager, Projects and Interiors and Pre-Construction teams.
We're a busy bunch so you will need to be flexible to move with the needs of the business when things change and be confident juggling a number of time sensitive priorities at once. Professionalism will be key!
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- A full NZ driver's licence is essential
- Strong organisational skills and efficiency in a busy office environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous administration experience, preferably including accounts administration
- Proficient user of the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and team focussed attitude
