We're looking for a National Training Coordinator who can help transform our employee training initiatives into a dynamic and impactful experience. If you thrive on creating engaging learning environments and have a passion for helping others grow, this role is for you!
What you'll do
You will work closely with subject matter specialists across the business and external content creators to ensure we deliver engaging and effective training solutions to our staff and ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to thrive now and into the future.
Innovate and design: Collaborate with external content creators and internal stakeholders to craft and refresh training programmes that are as unique as Naylor Love, covering everything from onboarding to professional and technical development.
Lead and implement: Coordinate the delivery of national and regional training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring every participant is engaged and satisfied and that consistency in training material is achieved across regions.
Evaluate and improve: Measure the success of our training programmes through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and continuously refine them for maximum impact.
Collaborate and customise: Work with functional groups to pinpoint training needs and tailor programmes to tackle specific challenges and goals. Provide guidance and support to the Regional Training Coordinators (RTC) on management of training records, organisation of training programmes and delivery of internal programme roll outs.
Organise and administer: Oversee the national training plan, track attendance, maintain meticulous records, and manage logistics to keep everything running smoothly.
Champion cadetship: Be the go-to person for our bespoke internal Cadetship training programme, developing content alongside subject matter experts and ensuring its success.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in training coordination or a similar role, exposure to a construction environment or similar would be advantageous
- A proactive self-starter who can juggle multiple projects with ease
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and a natural ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
- Proficiency with training software and Learning Management Systems (LMS) as well as being comfortable with virtual meeting platforms and tools
- Energetic, proactive, and passionate about helping others grow. A creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
