The opportunity
We are looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join our growing Projects and Interiors team in Dunedin. This is a key role where you'll take ownership of project outcomes, leading multiple construction sites and teams, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
In this role, you will:
- lead and inspire your project teams, fostering collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement
- manage day-to-day construction operations across multiple projects, ranging from $10k to $5m, with a combined annual workload of approximately $30 million
- provide technical guidance and support to your teams while solving challenges on the ground
- build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- oversee quality, compliance, defect management, and health, safety, and environmental standards
- drive innovation, best practice, and operational excellence across every project.
We're looking for someone with drive, enthusiasm, and proven experience managing complex project delivery. You'll be comfortable leading teams in a small but busy region, where strong people management and stakeholder relationships are just as important as technical know-how.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on challenges, enjoys mentoring and developing teams, and wants to make a real impact on both projects and people.
