The opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our expanding Projects and Interiors team in Dunedin. This is a unique chance to play a pivotal role in a team that has seen rapid growth, with workload expectations already exceeding initial long-term plans.

You will oversee multiple projects at any one time, ranging from $10k to $5m, with an annual combined workload of around $30 million, spanning high-end fit-outs, new builds, seismic upgrades, and major refurbishments.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about people as much as projects. You'll bring energy, drive, and a collaborative mindset, maintaining high morale and performance while nurturing key client relationships. Innovation, best practice, and continuous improvement will be central to how you lead and deliver.
We are seeking someone who brings the following:
- A strong track record managing successful project teams and operational delivery

If you're at the top of your profession and ready to make an impact in a dynamic, growing team, this is your chance to shape both projects and people in equal measure.
