This role will build on our successes and to lead and deliver our projects by providing effective and financial quantity surveying services in all technical and contractual activities.
The role includes estimating and preparing tenders, project financial management / administration of building contracts, ensuring our commercial process are followed, final account negotiations, letting and administration of sub-contractors and client relationship management.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, and we expect you to have a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor; have the ability to work autonomously, and more importantly, enjoy working as part of the team to safely deliver the best outcome for the business. You will also have a solid track record working for main commercial contractor with the ability to manage projects of varying complexity and size.
