Part-time role - 25-30 hours per week

The opportunity

This is a part-time position within our Canterbury QS team. You will build on our successes and continue to lead and deliver our projects by providing effective and accurate financial quantity surveying services in all technical and contractual activities.

The role includes; project financial management and administration of building contracts, final account negotiations, letting and administration of sub-contractors.

About you

• 3-4 year experience as a quantity surveyor
• Solid track record working for a commercial main contractor
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Able to manage projects of varying complexity and size
• Able to work autonomously
