The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced office administrator with great organisational skills to support our busy Canterbury team. Key responsibilities in this pivotal role will include a combination of general administration providing efficient office administration of accounts, payroll and provide assistance to the HR Administrator for the Canterbury division ensuring all administration functions are carried out in a timely manner. This role also includes front-desk reception duties therefore a professional appearance and a friendly manner is essential.
This role requires a high level of professionalism coupled with the flexibility and ability to integrate into a close-knit team. To be considered for this you must be an experienced administrator, with excellent attention for detail with strong time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- A full NZ driver's licence is essential
- Highly organised and efficient
- Experienced working in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Previous administration experience, including accounts administration
- Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can do attitude
