The opportunity

Now’s the chance to demonstrate your proven site management skills and track record of managing and supervising successful project teams. Ideally you’ll have main contractor experience either in New Zealand or overseas.

As a Site Manager you will be experienced in overseeing the construction phase of projects from commencement to completion and have the leadership skills for developing and motivating others. You will also lead our health and safety culture and be committed to creating a safe and inclusive working environment.

It would be expected that you take ownership of outcomes for assigned projects, ensuring that the projects are delivered safely and successfully by developing a team oriented and collaborative work environment with a quality and cost-effective service being delivered to our clients.
